Biography

Carol is a Principal in Wolf’s Advisory Group and serves on the Firm’s Internal Audit Team, where she’s responsible for delivering internal audit services to financial institutions including bank holding companies, credit unions, and cooperative, commercial, and community savings banks. She has significant expertise in the operational and financial audits of commercial real estate lending and servicing, branch and deposit operations, finance and accounting, investor reporting and distributions, wire transfers, and human resources.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, Carol has considerable knowledge of Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Improvement Act (FDICIA) considerations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) 404 compliance, and Regulation AB attestations. Prior to joining Wolf, she was the Senior Vice President and Director of Internal Audit at Capital Crossing Servicing Company LLC, where she gained extensive experience in asset management and private equity fund accounting and reporting.

Carol lives in Massachusetts with her husband and children. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
